When we have a test the next morning, when you go at home knowing that tomorrow you´ve another test, that felling of frustration, that felling of surrender, THAT is stress. The most of people know it, but only a few of people know how regulate it. I was one of these people, but now i know how regulate it.
Now, the first thing that you have to know is that you can´t make dissapear the stress, because the stress is the biologically and natural way of you body in response at the pressure or anxiety, giving to you some adrenaline to realise wherever activity that stress you. But if you leave that the stress control you, it can be summarized in biologically disorders like scour, nauseas, etc...
Many thing can relax you, but those thing rarely decrease truly the stress after that. The best way to control the stress is know the origin of it and next make an analysis or a plan and FOLLOW IT!!. For example if you are stressed because you have a big test in 2 days, you have to relax and think about the origin of it, for example your meditation which resulted in that you never studied when you had free time, and now you`re paying the consequences, so, you have to do an analysis of your situation, for example i recommend you get in line with youself and promise yourself study when you have free time, and if you follow it, you never will have to stress you unnecessarily.
In my opinion, to resolve any problem like the stress or a personal problem you always have to search inside you and find the origin of your problems, search for the origin always, not patch your problems.
